I continue to be captivated with the series, Salt of the Earth.

Sculpting from a solid block of clay, I intuitively allow the form to unfold. It is a lively dance of push, pull, twist and turn. There is an alchemy of texture, pattern and color.

These sculptures are both personal and reverent. Outwardly celebrating the Pacific Northwest. An extraordinary place I call home.
